Access Health Louisiana is a Federally Qualified Health Center committed to providing equitable primary and behavioral health care for all patients regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, with explicit LGBTQ+ health programming. The Pythian location in downtown New Orleans offers adult primary care, behavioral health, HIV and STI services, and transgender healthcare. The clinic participates in the Everyone is Welcome Here campaign and maintains culturally affirming care for LGBTQ+ patients.

CrescentCare is a Federally Qualified Health Center and recognized LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equality Leader providing comprehensive primary care, gender-affirming healthcare for transgender and gender non-conforming patients, HIV and STI testing, PrEP and PEP, behavioral health, and HIV case management. The Elysian Fields location is CrescentCare's primary LGBTQ+ health and wellness center serving the Seventh Ward and greater New Orleans. All patients are seen regardless of ability to pay using a sliding-scale fee schedule.
