Henry Ford Health has earned the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's designation as an LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equality Leader and offers a comprehensive transgender health program across multiple Detroit-area locations. Services include primary care for transgender adults and youth, gender-affirming hormone therapy, surgical consultations including vaginoplasty and top surgery, voice therapy, laser hair removal, and fertility preservation. The LGBTQ health team also provides HIV care and PrEP prevention services.

Wayne Health Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, located at Hutzel Women’s Hospital in Detroit, provides fertility care including IVF, IUI, egg freezing, fertility preservation, and donor sperm and egg services.
