Founder Lia Bigelow, MA, CAP, LMHC, LPC, has more than 20 years of experience helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors, mood disorders, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Sessions are offered in person at our West Palm Beach office and through telehealth throughout Florida, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, California, and Oregon. Our services include individual therapy, couples therapy, EMDR, neurofeedback, and executive and life coaching, with specialized care for trauma, anxiety and depression, and LGBTQ+ clients. Our approach combines evidence-based methods with a strengths-based focus. We help clients move out of survival mode, set healthier boundaries, regulate emotions, and reconnect with their confidence and sense of purpose. Every client is welcomed as they are and can heal at their own pace.
